Lottie Lurvey was a well love educator at Cushing Park School. She taught for 47 years starting her teaching career in 1925 and retiring in 1972. The Delafield City Council proclaimed “ Lottie Lurvey Day” May 18, 1972. Ms. Lurvey has maintained scrapbooks on Delafield, Waukesha County, and her family. The collection consists of 8 scrapbooks which are drawn primarily from newspapers but also contain memorabilia covering the years 1946 through 1985.
