1981 – 2020 “Weissgerber’s Seven Seas on Lake Nagawicka” was owned by Linda and Jack Weissgerber. SevenSeas Restaurant was renovated and they held a Grand Re-opening on June 22, 2000. SevenSeas closed in 2020.

In 2021 there was a proposal for an Assisted Living Facility.

In 2023 came the ” The Commodore” – A Bartalotta Restaurant with David Herro and Jay Franke. The Commodore opened for business in 2024.
